The students of DAV Public School, Lawrence Road, Amritsar created a new record by
skating non – stop for 26 hours in the event organised by Skating Club Loharka Road ,
Amritsar . The students have set a benchmark by registering themselves in the
International Book of Records. The great skating Champions are – Arnav Mahajan ( Std
IV) , Mehak ( Std VIII) and Abhishek ( Std XI) .
They displayed determination , robustness and courage by skating for 26 hours . They
were also honoured with tophies. The skaters were coached and guided by
Mr.Harkanwaljit Singh.
