The students of DAV Public School, Lawrence Road, Amritsar bagged First Position in
Inter - district Hula Hoop Competition held at Bhawan’s S.L. Public School recently.
The Competition was organised by the Hula Hoop Association of Punjab . In a tough
competition , in which many teams from in and around the city participated , the students
of the school gave a stupendous performance .
In U- 14 years category , Taranjot Kaur of Std - IX , Mehak Arora of Std – IX , Nitya
Gupta of Std - VII , Pragati Aggarwal of Std - VII , Ekamnoor Mann of Std – VII ,
Akshita Sharma of Std – VII , Dhanya Beri of Std - VII , Saira Taneja of Std – VII won
first team position.
In U – 16 years category , Bhavya of Std - IV , Diksha Sharma of Std – V , Nandita of
Std – VII , Drishti Khurana Std – VII , Vanshika Arora of Std - IV also bagged first
team position.
In U – 12 Boys Category , Fatehbir Singh of Std - V bagged second team position.
