The students of DAV Public School , Lawrence Road , Amritsar, have once again proved
their mettle and made their school proud by securing the Winner’s Trophy in DAV
National Sports Punjab Zone (National Level) Under 19 Cricket Boys Tournament which
was held at Ranchi from 12 th to 14 th Dec , 2018. The great win has added a feather to the
cap of the school and it is the first time in the history of the school that the students have
won this trophy.
The team comprised of Tushar Mehra ( Std – XII) , Vashish Mehra ( Std – XII ) , Sameer
Vohra ( Std – XII ) , Sachit Sarpal ( Std – XII) , Mudit Vohra ( Std – XI ) , Smarth Chug (
Std – XI ) , Taranveer Singh ( X – K ) , Dhruv Verma ( X – G ) and Rachit Soni ( Std –
VIII) .
