Tender 1: Tuck Shop

Requirements:

1. Cleanliness of the workplace.
2. Fixed time slot for arrival and dispersal is to be followed and the same is to be displayed outside tuck shop for parent’s reference.
3. Staff should be Humble and Polite with Parents & Students.             
4. Adequate staff for smooth functioning.
5. Quality Stationary items to be provided at nominal rate as per the approved list.    
6. Quality of item to be maintained throughout the Session.                           
7. Adequate seating arrangement to be made for parents.
8. Price List of all items is to be displayed outside the Tuck Shop.

Tender 2: School Canteen

Requirements: 

1. Workplace hygiene and Cleanliness.
2. Personal hygiene of food handlers (Use of Apron, Chef Caps and disposable gloves)
3. Cleanliness and good quality of cooking and serving utensils.
4. Cycle Menu to be observed and served as per approval by school authority.
5. Politeness of the canteen staff with students, Teachers and Parents.
6. No Fast Food and Soft drinks to be sold.
7. Best food grade material to be used for making food items.
8. All food items must have expiry date mentioned on it.
9. No Staff will stay in Canteen after School hours.           
10. Menu and Price List of all items is to be displayed outside the Canteen

Tender 3: Juice Bar

Requirements:

1. Workplace hygiene and Cleanliness
2. Personal hygiene of juice bar handlers.(Use of Apron, Chef Caps and disposable gloves)
3. Cleanliness of serving utensils as well as Juice Machine.
4. Politeness of the Juice Bar staff with students, Teachers and Parents.
5. Price List is to be displayed outside Juice Bar.

Tender 4: Fire Hydrant System

Requirement: The work should be done as per National Building Codes. Installation of Pressure Pumps, Hose Drum, Hose Reel, Nozzles and class B Type Pipes etc. Only ISI approved Material will be used for this Project.

Tender 5: Renovation of Boys Toilet

Requirement: Dismantling work of wall and floor tiles scraping of plaster etc. Re-plaster walls with 12.5 mm thick cement mortar 1:4, providing and fixing of tiles and new sanitary fittings etc. The work should be done as per PWD specifications. Only approved quality of material will be used for this work.ie Tiles Kajaria, Cement ACC, Ambuja, Ultratech etc. Cera sanitary fitting, CPVC pipes Finolex, Ashirwad, Vectus and Prince etc. 

Tender 6: Strengthening of Pillars

Construction of new brick Pillars with Cement mortar 1:6 adjoin with old R.C.C pillars and plaster work with 12mm thick cement mortar 1:4 complete with all respects Only First Class bricks and approved quality of cement & Sand  will  be used for this work.

Tender 7: Gypsum Tile Ceiling 2’-0” x 2’-0”

Requirement: 7mm or 9 mm thick Armstrong, Gyprock etc with 25mm GI T Section channel will used for ceiling.

Tender 8: Paint Work of Swings and Grills

Requirement: Painting two coats of enamel paint with one priming coat in all shades on old metallic surface to give an even shade including rubbing old paint completely with all respects. Only first quality paint manufactured by reputed firm like Asian, Nerolac, Berger and ICI etc. are to be used as approved by the institute.

Tender 9: G.I. Sheet Roofing
 Requirement: Providing and fixing of Tata G.I. Powder coated sheets with ISI approve MS Pipe structure complete with all respects.
