The young artists of the school demonstrated their prowess by winning top positions in different
competitions held at the national and district levels. Their commendable work garnered praise from
all art enthusiasts. Experience Japan conducted the 9th National Level Painting Competition named
“Japan On Canvas.”In total 1651 students participated in this competition from the various schools
of India . Top 32 artworks exhibited in various galleries in India. Students from our school won

The students of DAV Public School proved their mettle in another art competition “Nature's
Architect” held at Khalsa College of Education, Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar on 26th April 2024 under
the aegis of Environment Education Programme State Nodal Agency Punjab State Council for
Science and Technology was supported by Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate change,
Government of India . Snavya Mehra (+2 Commerce) bagged first prize in on the spot Calligraphy
Competition and Sarvi Shoor (10 E) got second prize in on the spot Poster Making Competition.
The winners were awarded trophies and certificates for their excellent performance. Another feather
to the already decorated cap of DAV by grabbing “Star School Award.” Dr.Priyanka Sharma head
of the dept.(Fine Arts) got an Appreciation Certificate in recognition of her outstanding support.
