The Indian Academy of Fine Arts honoured Priyanka Sharma, teaching in Fine Arts
Department at DAV Public School, Lawrence Road , Amritsar with
“Highly Commended State Award” in Painting category in 4 th State Exhibition of Art –
2017. As many as 250 paintings were presented in the exhibition by different artists from
the state. She is also the recipient of Kala Shree Award conferred by Kausa Trust for
dedication and outstanding services in the field of Art.
