A Punjabi Poetry Recitation Competition was organized by the Language Department of Govt. Girls
Sen. Sec. School recently. More than 25 schools participated in this competition and presented their
poems on various themes of social importance. Lakshay Mehta of Std. X of DAV Public School,
Lawrence Road, Amritsar stood second in this competition and was awarded a trophy and a cash
prize.
